Hemlani’s MERIZO Apartments

This was our first apartment building located in the beautiful, southernmost village of Merizo. Since January 1, 1996 until today, it’s the only one of its kind in the village. Tenants enjoy a serene atmosphere, along with a laundromat and nearby stores.

In 1998, we cut the ribbon to this conveniently located building in Maite. Just down the road from a gas station and fast food place, these centrally located apartment s are in a well-lit residential area, making it an ideal place for families with children.

Just along Marine Corp Drive (Rt. 1), just behind the former Ben Franklin area, these units are in the heart of it all. We can expand any of these units to fit your needs, from one bedroom thru 4 bedroom units.

Hemlani HARMON Apartments

These apartments have been extremely popular with people from various demographics. We think it’s the location that make these rental units so popular. We acquired the Harmon apartments in 2001, and since then we have been working to improve every unit, with new tiles, paint, and repairs.
